Review of Medium Wacom Intuos Art Pen and Touch Tablet

Pros: Small and compact. I have no need to buy 'pro' models.

Cons: Surface chews threw pen nibs too fast. Lack of driver support.

I've been using drawing tablets instead of a mouse for many years. Almost exclusively for 15 years now and recently had to upgrade to the newer models since Wacom no longer supported old tablet drivers for the latest operating systems.

A bit annoying. They are built very well and last forever. To be forced to discard it because of software is unfortunate.

I love them. I can't live without them. But they are not perfect. I'm quite frustrated that the surface texture of the new tablets wear down the pens so quickly. With every day use, I use to be able to make a pen nib tip last a year or more. Now they develop a sharp edge in weeks. $2 to replace each time.

I don't have any use for the buttons and wish there was more of a palm rest.

I paid $230
